An internationally renowned U.S.-based company expanded its manufacturing operations in East Malaysia and has become one of our valued long-term clients. The company replaced its existing LPG-fired conveyor belt dryer with our Heat Pump Dryer System to improve operational efficiency and reduce overall maintenance costs.

Prior to the replacement, the client experienced high maintenance expenses and limited technical support from the international dryer supplier. In addition, the LPG drying system required a scrubber for emission treatment, resulting in significant annual maintenance and operating costs.
The client gained confidence in our technology after successfully installing the first OKADA Heat Pump Dryer in 2017. Following the proven performance and reliability of the system, the client continued to select our dryers as its manufacturing capacity expanded, leading to the installation of the second and third units.
Today, OKADA has supplied a total of three Heat Pump Dryers to the facility, providing a combined processing capacity of approximately 9 tonnes of wet sludge per day.
