WaTTerSon brings together the experience and know-how of OKADA Sludge Dryer.

To meet the requirements for pollution control systems, OKADA Sludge Dryer, Warm Temperature Dryer, accomplished energy efficient drying method, eliminate air pollution (closed loop drying) and safety hazard.

Among our key areas of expertise, we design and build others related waste minimization equipment. Our selection includes utilizing vacuum evaporator for liquid waste minimization or concentration. The technology consists of a vacuum autoclave for evaporation of product at low temperature (30°C) and a condenser section to condense the evaporated water.

WaTTerSon also brings along technical know-how to recycle wastewater using Low Pressure (<0.5 to 0.8 bar) Ultra-filtration System. The system eliminates the necessary of high cross-flow circulation pumps consequently reduced electricity consumption and membrane puncture (due to abrasion).
