The evaporators by Watterson, VS-Hp series, are particularly easy to be installed.  And used for numerous industries.  They are advisable for the treatment of all water-based wastes.

Plants are exclusively fed by electric energy.  The work 2/7 without operator’s assistance.  All operations of charge of products, evaporation, extraction of water, discharge of the concentrate and distillate, internal washing and inlet of antifoam (if necessaries) are automatic.

Thank to the immersed thoroidal exchanger, units achieve easily a concentration level up to 95%.

A hinged hatch makes particularly easy all operations of inspection or eventual manual washing.  Both exchangers can be inspected by flange sections.

All functions can be set by PLC.  A range of automatic controls allow a safety and self-working.  The frame stand is AISI 304 made.  The boiling and condensation chambers and the exchangers are AISI 316 made.  Special anti-corrosion alloys are available on demand.
