The evaporators by Watterson, DRY series, find the best application in the treatment and recycling of raw materials.  Plants are exclusively energized by electric energy.  They work 24/7 without operator’s assistance.  Dry units perform automatically all operations of charge of products, evaporation and inlet of antifoam products (if necessary).  The discharge of the concentrate takes place by the front hatch (double hatch for units from 500 litres/day).  The saddle heat exchanger has been studied to let completely free the boiling chamber, making easy all operations of discharge and internal cleaning.

The condensation section can be completely dismantled thank to a flange section.  The frame stand is AISI 304 made.  The boiling and condensation chamber, and the exchanger are AISI 316 made.  Anti-corrosive special alloys on demand.
